Comment:  PROS: strong alumni, good history, good nationals, mostly respectful classy guys and even a few cute ones, more laid back, not tryhards that won't accept their place in the middle tier, solid parties. CONS: house location, a tendency to get excessively blackout, and recently not keeping tabs on who some members of their younger PCs were rushing. This explains the mix of mostly normal guys and then mysteriously awkward ones that raise questions.
