Comment:  when I found out that zta is basically only interested in freshman or sophomores during recruitment only thats pretty sad. All of these girls come out thinking they have a fair chance when really, they're not even looked at or considered in the long run. ZTA is really missing out on some awesome girls who would die to be apart of a sorority. it shouldn't matter what year you are if they are a perfect fit for the sorority then they should be kept around. Branch out of the typically norm!
