Comment:  "Truth" is absolutely full of crap. On the contrary, Theta Chi is on very sound financial footing. The undergrads aren't perfect but I am proud of them just the same. I hope ATO gets its house but I can 100% guarantee that it will not be the Theta Chi house. Ironically, Theta Chi built on the lot once reserved by ATO, that is until ATO's house corporation president, Frank Lawing, embezzled north of $900K from the active chapter. Google it.
