Comment:  Chi-O is definitely a house with some of the sweetest, most genuine girls. I rushed Fall'13 and Chi-O was one of my top 2. I picked another house but it was definitely a difficult decision. It seems like XO is workin' their way up to the top! Keep it up girls!
