Comment:  On the rise. Maybe not as quickly as say phi Delt but they are moving up. Their ex-restaurant of a house actually looks pretty nice now. I'd honestly say they're above houses that have been on campus longer like tep, tke, and aepi. Phi taus are way cuter.
