Comment:  Out of all the fraternities that I've toured and been able to talk with brothers, Sammy has some of the nicest guys that I have met. I have only been to one of their parties so not sure how the others were but it was WAY better than I expected and ended up being a huge rager.. Their downfall are the numbers of brothers they currently have because of them restarting the chapter after being kicked off.
