Comment:  they have been a top houses on campus for years now. Every decade there is always a house on top, like in 90's it was beta (ikr, but apparently playboy ranked them as the fourth best party house in the nation or some ish like that) Anyways the house is defiantly classy, has money, and hangouts out with some nice girls. Yet this is just the oakland county high school bubble expect it's the college version. Their brotherhood is sketchy and that is what kills houses. No house here is top top tier
