Comment:  Lets be honest. Far from top. One decent size pledge class. Good job. Now they think they run things and are top tier. No sorry. Parties are not very exciting. Socials are ok but not great. Weird, yes. A good fraternity is one that girls love, have good parties. Your brotherhood may be tight but that only gets you so far.
