Comment:  I've been to a few parties of theirs and none of them were inviting or friendly at all. They tend to only hang out with the same few sororities all the time. I've been in a sorority for almost three years now and have only met two Delts. They've never supported my organization's philanthropy events, and haven't even mixed with us. They seem to love each other though, always in groups together. But as far as I'm concerned, they aren't a fraternity. At least not a friendly one.
