Comment:  I'm trying to give some honest ratings to counter the self rankings and the mean comments from other sororities. PiPhi. They're top tier next to Kappa at Baylor. Most PiPhi's I know are blondes. You'd expect a group like this to be snobby, but I've never met a mean piphi. Guys are always wearing their shirts. They put on a lot of events. I don't know much about how their sisterhood is, but I think PiPhi is definitely a top group to consider.
