Comment:  These guys have it all. The best complex/living situation, the best brotherhood, they hang out with the best looking sororities, and they are very active on campus and in their community. They are also the only "top house" that isn't in trouble/on probation, which basically makes them #1 by default. If you disagree, you probably don't know what it means to be a good chapter.
