Comment:  "If joining a frat is about dressing up, networking, getting a good job and hanging at prestigious clubs join these guys" EXACTLY. If you're not joining the Greek system for these reasons you're the problem, not the awesome guys in the system like the phi delts. Are they arrogant? yes. Do they have some amazing guys that I couldn't imagine Uni without? Even more so. If you just want to get high and mess up your life don't pledge.... I hear the Downtown Eastside is good for that
