Comment:  dgamma, see what your juniors have to say about pi kapps, they've been through the whole house. These guys are good friends with all the "top tier" houses and throw crazy parties, black and white, stars and stripes, halloween, and shots around the world. Definitely not a bad house besides the physical house they live in.
