Comment:  Theta Chi is definitely top tier this year. They are so sweet, hot, smart, involved, athletic, etc. Their brotherhood is amazing and their house just makes theta chi even better. If I was a guy rushing, rush theta chi for sure!!!!!! I cannot wait to hangout with fall '13. <3
