Comment:  It definitely isn't fair to equate these girls to Phi Mu. Theta is already stronger than Phi Mu was. But Theta isn't yet on the same level as sororities like KD and ADPi. They will definitely improve with time, but they just aren't a solid group yet. There's definitely no need to bash though.
