Comment:  Smaller national names are threatened by ZTA which causes a lot of jealousy and unnecessary rumor-spreading. Honestly I'd say they are definitely, definitely top tier, but whether they are #1 is debatable. Very social, most girls are pretty, and probably more involved with Panhel activities than any other sorority. I'm not going to say anything negative this close to recruitment.
