Comment:  This is a completely different group from a couple years ago. They've worked so hard to overcome a bad rep from girls a few pledge classes ago. Their new pledge class is incredible! They had excellent return rates during recruitment and had girls pref them and "top tier" groups. I think they're top of middle tier now. They need a couple more years of consistency during recruitment, increased campus involvement and improved GPA to be top tier, but they're definitely on their way.
