Comment:  Undeniably top house with DPhiE and arguably Pi Phi. Strong pledge class last year, and the only sorority with a 100% retention rate. My only qualm is that they started two years ago, but unlike KKG, at least they started off rather strong with fall recruitment with people who wanted a stronger national name than DPhiE and not with awkward spring leftover recruitment with all the people who didn't get bids in the fall.
