Comment:  Oh, come on! Who would rank this group bottom tier? They're one of our biggest competitors during rush, and they have a huge chapter. Although it somewhat pains me to say this, there's no way in the world this group could be considered bottom tier. They're still one of the top houses here whether people like it or not.
