Comment:  sigkaps are always talking to new people and involving all the frats and other sororities. they even try to get involved with non greeks. they are always on their best behavior and very classy. they also throw great functions and do a lot of stuff for fundraising. last year they had this "week of giving" where they randomly gave out cookies to people. that was really nice.
