Comment:  This is the only fraternity on the row that is improving. They have stepped it up majorly in the past few years in terms of involvement, which they have won awards for, but they still manage to be a fun group. Wouldn't say they have the best house on the row, but they have an advantage of not having as many spots to fill which means less debt and less chance of getting kicked off the row. Also they are between the two hottest sorority houses. Definitely going to be number on on campus this fall.
