Comment:  By far THE BEST FORMAL. RCB is hands down the most rowdiest formal ive been to. One thing that all us sorority women can attest to. When you meet them they are all welcoming and genuinely nice. they are picking up their presence. They contend right up there with FIJi the only thing they can say they are better is because of a house.
