Comment:  I've met a few sweet ones and all, but I recently had a friend have a really bad, rude experience with some kappas. Not going into details, but some of them feel entitled. Kappa has risen, and it's rising, but during rush my friend had a girl explain to her for a few minutes about their reputation and how she knows it's been bad but how great it is now. A million times better than before especially now that dphie is here but needs a little more work
