Comment:  While Kappas are definitely top tier and extremely attractive, their personalities as a whole are very conceited and snobby. I am rushing this year and was not impressed with the girls I was talking too. I am totally pro Chi O and Pi Phi though<333 and I have to agree with earlier comments the other top tiers' pledge classes seem to be a lot nicer, more fun, outgoing and more attractive as a whole.
