Comment:  Why does Kappa Sig keep getting brought up in the rankings as a top house? Yes, they have a SMALL HANDFUL of very attractive guys, and nice ones, again a SMALL handful; but they are hardly involved on campus and are all mostly all jerks. Not just to other fraternities and outsiders of their chapter, but to girls too. I've seen and heard of numerous occasions of them being disrespectful to girls. They have a few good parties throughout the YEAR but are by no means a top house
