Comment:  Im sorry but SPC has nothing to do w/ranking. They had a 95%+ return rate or something like that. That is more than any other house on the row (I am from a different house on the row and I just dont want to hear ANYONE being bashed like this). My best friend is in Kappa the SPC is nice. Some of them are gorgeous. When people say "Did you see SPC? falling." Only 100-200 girls rushed spring and Kappa definitely got the best of the girls. With a 95%+ pref rate I would say they aren't going anywhere
