Comment:  May be new but they are doing great and moving up really quickly. Not too tier but definitely not bottom tier. Their pledge class is amazing this year and only got three less people than the house that "swept the row". Multiple pi phis chose that over tri delt. Hate all you want but pi phi is moving up really quickly.
