Comment:  Phi Sig at Minnesota has a beautiful, gothic timbered building. You'll notice the impossibly steep roof - hard to miss when walking down University Ave., compared to all the boxey, same-old fraternities. It's kinda Ivy League. Phi Sig is located right next to the new dorm on 18th Ave, w/a massive parking lot in back. The brothers have an excellent GPA, strong community and leadership programs, extensive networking with alumni for jobs, all built on solid brotherhood and primo social events.
