Comment:  Essentially a Delt Sigs or Delta Chi on Abbott. Stoner hippies and a bunch of goofballs running around in sagging basketball shorts and sperries. Not a very selective house. Should be a better house with the nice location but that reflects their quantity over quality approach. Middle tier.
