Comment:  This chapter has shown some of the most improvement. From coming onto campus in the Spring of 2009, the chapter has gone from a group of awkward randoms to a sisterhood of some really awesome and good looking girls who do a ridiculous amount of things throughout the campus and community. If I was joining a sorority, I would want to be a Deepher - a sister of DPhiE.
