Comment:  These guys are alright, some of them are decently attractive but a few of them are just trying way too hard, which is pretty negative to them. Socially, they're fun and interesting to talk to, better than guys in Beta and Sig Pi at least. Another plus is that their new house can totally help them with parties and socials, which I heard are pretty solid. Middle tier for now, upper-middle in a year or two if they can increase their number.
