Comment:  The last few negative comments may have been true about AGD four years ago, this chapter has changed in the last 2-3 years. There is a reason AGD won the 2012 Recruitment award. They emphasize values and character, so there is also a good reason why AGD's current recruitment chair won the 2012 Living the Ritual award.
