Comment:  This site is random but I saw so much dislike toward Delta Zeta here. Therefore I just wanted to say that while I ended up at a much higher ranked house per this site, DZ was my first choice after preference day. I really liked those I met and their preference day sold me. Not sure what happened as I ended up in my second choice but everything usually works out for the best in the end. One thing I did learn though is they all tell you they are offering bids on preference day (some earlier).
