Comment:  Been there done that, eh CathyD? :P They're not rated highly because they pump their own tires, they're rated highly because they have a great group of guys that constantly keep dimes of girls sticking around the house, all while having a tight knit and awesome brotherhood, more and more involved each year. Also they're reaching out to frats they haven't been as close with in the past, which is a major plus.
