Comment:  The best word to describe Theta is probably "irrelevant". Girls love Theta during recruitment but then after a few TGs Theta disappears. You'll only see a few girls out after and I have never hear a frat describe Theta as "fun". I agree with posters below... Theta might be top tier but literally no one knows why.
