Comment:  One of the best fraternities, but not #1. Their house is kind of far and their basement can get really cramped. Also, going to the bathroom in their house is a nightmare. On the other hand, they're one of the only fraternities with a decent sized, private, and useable yard--not to mention their roof is awesome.
