Comment:  The Phi delts may not be the hottest guys out there when you consider their whole house, but they have some of the hottest guys on the row. And even though they are a dry house, they make up for it with their great guys and awesome events. The phi delts can't claim to be a top house, but they are slowly moving up and doing great things! CONS: Awkward Alpha Phis are constantly there, making it uncomfortable for other houses to come hang out.
