Comment:  They're new and aren't as selective as they need to be when it comes to giving bids, but can they afford to be anyways? I'm all for new things because that's what keeps the greek system interesting. Hopefully they succeed. They're very good at intramurals, since a lot of them played sports at Trinity and St. X, however they need to pick it up with Greek Sing and other competitions. A house would be helpful as well. That should be your main concern.
