Comment:  Unbelievable pledge class. Gphi takes a lot of OOS girls that don't have the connections to get into the old row southern houses. But the girls they take have the qualifications and class to go into the best houses anywhere. I think they might be more sophisticated because of their geographical diversity. Definitely a great house and only getting better. Also, they are building a great new house that will be over 40,000 sq feet.
