Comment:  Phi Psi is no way #1 at GW. Their last fall pledge class was tiny. And even then, the quality of those guys wasn't at the same level of Pike or Sigep. Phi Psi is a solid #3, and is a very good chapter. But their freshman class is bad enough that you really can't call them #1 unless they own rush this fall. Which is definitely possible.
