Comment:  Coming from a guy in another fraternity, they seem like they have potential, but their potential is limited, especially socially, until they get a house, for obvious reasons. They have also had issues with getting their act together in the past and don't seem to be able to keep a house for long when they have one. When/if they get a house in the near future, it will be a good test for this fraternity and people can get a better picture of what they're about.
