Comment:  Funny - that is NOT what I am hearing! Phi Mu does a good job at PR during rush. Their problem is that once girls pledge they do not stay active very long. The largest cuts are yet to come - don't brag too much, wait and see your numbers after theme which is when Phi Mu typically takes hard hits.
