Comment:  I don't know where to begin. this may sound terrible, but if you can, sift through the leftover girls you end up with and bid the ones that have looks, social skills, and know what greek life means to begin with. Don't underestimate how hard THAT will be, because not many of those girls will want to join. God help you, but at least you'll learn something from formal recruitment.
