Comment:  At USC it is the top 'four' not three sororities/frats, obviously the people below don't go to USC. The top four sororities mix with the top four frats. If pi phi wasn't a top house then why are they going to homecoming with sigma chi (the #1 frat) Pi Phis love to have fun and are overall sweet girls :) #panhalleniclove
