Comment:  Definitely not your stereotypical frat, although some of their brothers are definitely fratty DUchebags. Otherwise a solid group of guys who pull in pretty large recruitment numbers despite not having a legit frat house. Their parties are really hit or miss; but thats RU in general. They're a 4 star chapter right now, and are really proud of their history on campus. Their old neighbors died out (DPHI), but these guys kept it strong although they're losing face.
