Comment:  ZTA just took off when they came to NYU a few years ago. They quickly became top house along w/DPhiE and Pi Phi due to their strong national name (and KKG could've joined them too if they hadn't absorbed all the weirdos and somehow ended up bottom tier w/Theta). They're very attractive as a whole and surprisingly Panhel-friendly. I've never met a Zeta who wasn't nice. All in all, not bad, ZTA. Top tier undeniably.
