Comment:  Not saying they aren't good or that they don't have good qualities just that if you're a blue chip recruit prospect (or think you are) then you won't want to rush these guys. They are still a project at this point so if you're looking for a challenge this may be the place for you. Most likely that is not what you're looking for though so in which case look elsewhere.
