Comment:  Good fraternity that is clearly getting better. Dues are expensive and some of the older guys are weird but the younger guys aren't. All in all they are clearly rising which means if you're a young guy you're getting into a fraternity that has potential to be top 5 or better by the time you'd be graduating.
