Comment:  Phi Psi definitely should have a chapter review. The brothers are great guys individually, and the brotherhood itself looks strong, but the interactions with the outside world have been negative recently, and the brothers are doing nothing about it. Would be sad to see this fraternity crash and burn like TKE.
