Comment:  They are the stereotypical Animal House-like frat stars - which there's nothing wrong with that. But the Delts do NOT speak to any guys that are not Delts, which is a shame. Also, for the girls, you know you're an easy "slampiece" if a Delt wants to talk to you. They have a great brotherhood. But overall, I wouldn't rate them as top house. They could be sooooo much better. Also, very smart and great looking guys.
